*Martindale test - A test that involves placing fabric between cloth or sandpaper discs, where they are rubbed against the tested material with constant pressure. Depending on how durable the material must be, it is subjected to various types of abrasion for many hours or even days.
**Pilling - it is the formation of small, ball-shaped bunches on the surface of fabric or knitwear - known as knots. The degree of susceptibility to peeling is determined according to the PN-EN ISO 12945-2 standard on a scale of 1-5, where 5 means maximum resistance.
